We have a slight change for our winter break. The Studio will be open Monday-Wednesday before Christmas, December 19th-21st. The Studio will be closed from December 22nd to January 3rd. The Studio will reopen on January 4th. Please call us if you have any questions!!

Attention!!

Powerforce rehearsals for the Holiday Spectacular:

Friday December 9th
4:30pm-6:30pm

Monday December 12th
5:15pm-6:45pm

Dress Rehearsal:

Saturday December 17th at 10:45am. Please arrive no later then 10:15am!!

Show begins at 1:00pm. Please arrive no later then 12:30!!

Hey Everyone!

All girls going to Disneyland need to be at the studio for a final rehearsal friday Oct. 28 from 4:30-6pm. Please have your dancers dressed in full costume (sparkly tops and spankies). They will need their tap and jazz shoes, also. No toe undies, please.

Hey everyone,

Mesa Powerforce has a new fund raiser. We are selling "Jeannes' Powerforce" magnets. They are $6 for 1 or $10 for 2. They are not studio specific. Check them out, and support our girls.

The Disneyland rehearsal has been moved to friday. It will be a full dress rehearsal. Makeup, jewelry, and costumes will be needed. I will update the blog as soon as I have it.

November 5 is Disneyland. Dancers needed to meet at the fountain in the Hollywood Backlot at 10:30am. The performance will start at 11:25am. Disney has requested to the dancers have everything in a small backpack. Dancers will wear their sparkly top and black spankies for the performance. Make sure they have their tap shoes and jazz shoes. No foot undies, please.

Hey Powerforce Dancers!!

Great Job on Saturday at the fair!!! Everyone worked hard on their numbers, and it showed!!

There is a mandatory rehearsal for all girls going to Disneyland. Girls needed to be at the studio friday Oct. 21 at 4:15pm. Opening number will be the first dance rehearsed. The rest of the schedule will be sent out thurs. as soon as I get it.

Hello Everyone,

Listed below is the information for the State Fair Performance this weekend.

Dress Rehearsal: Friday, October 14th 4:15-6:15 ***This is a mandatory rehearsal!!!!

Performance: Saturday, October 15th @ 10:00 am, please be there by 9:30 am sharp!!!!!!! Parents and family members will need to purchase tickets before arriving at the fair. Tickets can be purchased online at: https://v3.interactiveticketing.com/tickets/t134_2011_arizona_state_fair_1103280188/form_purchase.php?step=intro&loadBalancer=1. We are the first group performing, and you will want to enter the gate as quickly as possible.

Ticket Information: The dancers will receive a ticket into the fair. The tickets will be handed out at Friday's rehearsal.

Costume Information: Hair - Needs to be parted over the right ear, swung to the left and pulled back in a ponytail. Make Up - To your comfort level, but all dancers need red lipstick. Jewelry - You will need your Powerforce jewelry, earrings, choker, and hair barrett. The barrett goes over the left ear. Tights - Everyone needs to where tan tights and a nude leotard for changing costumes. Please see costumes by number below.

Hey Powerforce Dancers!

We need to add a rehearsal thursday October 6th. The schedule is as follows:

4:15-5pm opening & closing
5-5:30pm dazzled tap - jenn
Diamond tap - Heidi
5:30-6:15pm diamond jazz - jenn
Diva jazz - Heidi
Jenn does not need diva tap that day.

With the exception of dazzlers & diamonds learning a new jazz dance, everyone should know their dances. This is only a practice & we should not have to re-teach anything.

We have a tight schedule & will be running on time so please be on time. If you are unable to make it, ask one of the others moms to see if carpooling may be an option. If you are still not able to get to the rehearsal, let Heidi, Jenn, or Stephanie Buetching know.

Thank you to everyone who showed up on Friday. The girls are working hard on their numbers. Their dedication shows.

We will also have another practice on Friday October 14. The State fair show will be on October 15th. I will find out times as soon as possible. I will also pass information about ticket sales.

It's almost the end of September. All girls going to Disneyland need to turn in their money by friday Sept. 30.

Powerforce Update

Good Evening Everyone,

Some final upcoming dates and performance information:

• Two final Opening/Closing Rehearsal
Thursday, May 12th – All Groups from 4:15 to 6:45 pm (Ballet IV dancers
will be released to class at 6:15 pm)
Saturday, May 14th – All Groups from 9:00 am to Noon

• The picture and rehearsal schedule is attached. Let me know if there are
any questions.

• Hair must be parted by the right ear and swept into a ponytail. They will
also need their Powerforce jewelry (earring, barrette, and choker).

• Powerforce Performance – We will be performing our recital pieces at a
Beatitudes located at 1712 West Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021. Our
performance time is 1:00 pm, and we will meet at 12:00. This will be our
final performance until the Fall.

• Summer Requirements – as usual the summer requirements for Powerforce are
you must take regular scheduled classes in your same level or take Dance
Camp the last week of July.
