Extra Rehearsals

October

October 2nd: State Fair Rehearsal all levels from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Hot Shots/Dynamites 1-2:00
Diamonds 2-3:00
Divas 3-4:00
Heartbreakers/Dolls 4-5:00 pm

7th: State Fair Rehearsal all levels from 5:15 – 7:00 PM

9th: State Fair Rehearsal all levels from 1:00 – 3:00 PM

30th: Final Disneyland Rehearsal (no dolls) from 1:00 – 3:00 PM

November

None scheduled at this time. Subject to change!

December

18th: Land of Sweets rehearsal at 11:00 AM


Costumes

Divas – TBD
Diamonds – Can Can Costume
Hot Shots – Striped Top with black spankies
Dynamites – Striped Top with black spankies
Heartbreakers – Orange/Black Costume from Recital
Dolls – Blue costume with Black Dots

Additional Information

• Disneyland Tickets, Maps and gathering times will be handed out at the Final Rehearsal.
  
• All dancers will need to wear a tan leotard under costumes for all events.
  
• All hair will need to be parted on the dancers right side and pulled to the left side. The company bobby pins/barrett will be placed over the left ear.
  
• All dancers will need to wear red lipstick, earrings, and choker.
  Please make sure all costume pieces and shoes are in the dancers bag before leaving the house.
  
• Please label all items!!!!!

Updates!

Hello Everyone,

I have some dates to share.

• The State Fair Performance will be October 16th.
• The Land of Sweet Christmas show will be December 18th
• Disneyland is November 6th.

We will start to schedule extra rehearsals in the next two weeks. Please keep an eye out for updates.

Powerforce Update 07/26/2010

Hi Dancers,

I hope everyone has had a great summer. Don't forget dance camp this week!! Listed below are a couple of company updates.

• Powerforce placements are Friday at 4:00pm. Letters will be mailed home Tuesday for placement.
• Fall Classes start on Monday, August 16th.
• Disneyland performance will be November 6th
• Festival of Trees will be December 11th
• Ballet will not be required this year, but strongly recommended.

Summer Requirements - June 2010

Hello Dancers,

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. You will have two choices this summer to fulfill your summer requirements, please see the options below.

• Summer Classes - You can continue to take your regular Tap and Jazz classes on Monday throughout the summer.
• Dance Camp - If you cannot make the summer classes, you can fulfill your summer requirement by attending Dance Camp, July 26th through the 30th.

Our annual placement event, will be Friday, July 30th at 4:00 pm. If you are not attending Dance Camp, please make sure you are at the placement class on Friday. If you cannot make the placement class, please contact me at the studio. We will have some new levels in our group this year and we want to make sure everyone is placed.
